Ray Marzarella Jr.

Ray Marzarella Jr. is the co-founder of All County Exteriors, and is currently President of the All County family of companies. He oversees all day to day operations and is dedicated to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their experience.

He also actively participates in All County's industry associations. In his limited spare time, Ray is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. His 2 oldest children work at All County during the summer months are in training to one day run the business.

Ray Marzarella Sr.

Ray Marzarella Sr. has over 45 years experience in the construction industry. He founded All County Aluminum with his son Ray in 1983. He and Ray Jr. later formed All County Exteriors in 2002 due to the very positive responses from family, friends and neighbors.

Ray Sr. is married with four children, three of whom currently work with All County. He remains active in the industry associations he helped form in the early days, and enjoys golf with many longtime associates.

Ross Marzarella

Ross is a second generation family member that has recently returned to All County from a 20 year hiatus. Ross’ late father Anthony and Ray Sr. were brothers. As the Vice President of Operations, Ross is responsible for making sure everyone in the company has the necessary resources available to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. He also is the acting inside construction manager, so you may speak to him on the telephone about your project timelines and start dates.

Ross enjoys most all outdoor sports and activities, especially golf and playing with his two children. He has an MBA from Drexel University and currently resides in Pennsylvania.

Brook Copeland

Brook Copeland is All County Exteriors Vice President - Sales. He has been with All County 18 years.

Brook leads the team of sales representatives who call on homeowners and work with homeowners to design the new exterior look for their homes. Brook is committed to your complete satisfaction with your new roof, siding, windows, doors, skylights and gutters.

David DelPizzo

David DelPizzo has been associated with both Ray Sr and Ray Jr since the beginning of All County. He is VP - Construction for All County Exteriors.

Dave makes sure all the ordering, scheduling and coordination for roofing, siding, windows and everything else on your home is taken care of – so, our installers can do their work without delays. He is also responsible for our outside construction team.

David is married with three children, one of whom has joined the business in our warehouse facility during summer breaks from school.

Patricia Craig

Patricia Craig joined the All County Exteriors team in 2005 as a support person to the construction department. She quickly advanced to be the Operations Assistant to Ross Marzarella.

Pati is now responsible for processing new projects, invoicing, filing building permits, customer surveys, and processing service and repair projects. She is married with five children and three grandchildren, artistic, and enjoys quiet times at home, when possible.

Jerry Marzarella

Jerry Marzarella is a project consultant for All County Exteriors. He has been with All County for eighteen years.

As a project consultant, he is one of the first people you may meet from All County. Jerry grew up in the construction industry, which provides him an excellent background and plenty of experience to help you with every aspect of your project. He also has worked for All County in many different aspects, giving him a unique perspective of the company and its operations.

Jerry is single, and enjoys ice hockey, golf and boating in his spare time.

Jim Mulvey

Jim is an Exteriors Consultant and has the great opportunity of helping people solve any exterior problems they experience with their home. Whether you need a new roof, siding or windows & doors, our customers know from working with Jim that All County Exteriors will be there for you.

Jim has 26 years of experience in exterior products sales, and has been with All County Exteriors for the past 2 yrs. His interests away from the job include his family and visiting at their cabin in the Catskills, NY area.

Vincent Prestinari

Vincent Prestinari is the newest member of the All County Exteriors sales team. He is a graduate from Monmouth University with an undergraduate degree in communication (2000) and an MBA also from Monmouth University (2004). Vincent comes to All County with a background and experience in construction & masonry.

After college, he played minor league hockey in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). Hockey might be his passion but home remodeling is his vocation and avocation. Vincent’s specialty is designing homes to match the customer’s vision, using all the latest products and colors on the market

Rob Stratton

Rob Stratton is a Project Consultant for All County Exteriors. Rob has worked in the construction field for the past 18 years. He has experience in many different aspects of remodeling a home, including roofing, siding, decks, and additions. Rob strives to fulfill homeowners’ dreams and help their visions become reality. He provides thorough, honest advice and works to completely satisfy his customers’ needs.

Rob is happily married and has two children. In his spare time, Rob enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team and spending time with his wife and family.

Doreen DeMarco

Doreen DeMarco is the Sales Coordinator for All County Exteriors, and joined the Sales Team in June 2006. She works with 5 sales team members and Brook Copeland, the VP of Sales. She schedules customer visits for the sales team members, answers their phones, solves problems & completes reports & projects for Brook.

Doreen comes from a Sales background and was with Comcast TV Advertising for almost 10 yrs. While with Comcast, she managed the workload for 12 salesmen & worked very closely with the Comcast Sales Manager.

She is married, has 2 adult children & 2 beautiful granddaughters that she adores. In her spare time she works out, lifts weights & kick boxes.

Hank Longo

Hank is the newest member of our Manager Team at All County Exteriors, and joined us in September 2006. Hank comes to us as the VP - Addition Division, and brings his over-30 years of experience in the Construction and Home Improvement industry to our customers for Additions, Sunrooms and Porches & Decks. He has known and worked with the All County team for his entire career.


Hank began his career as a union carpenter, was Construction VP and Project Manager for major home developers, and most recently was the Head of Operations for a NJ licensed Home Improvement Contractor.

Hank's hobbies are musically inclined ... he is a former DJ, a '50's trivia buff and not too shy around a microphone.
